Straw-ashes Zongzi made in China's Guizhou

Villager Wu Deyan shows straw-ashes Zongzi, a traditional Chinese rice-pudding, in Wugong Dong Village of Zhaihao Township of Rongjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, May 29, 2017. Straw-ashes Zongzi, a speciality of Wugong Dong Village, is made of mixture of ash water from burnt sticky rice straw with glutinous rice and Chinese chestnuts. Chinese people is celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, on the fifth day of the fifth month on Chinese lunar calendar, which falls on May 30 this year.
