Contents: Anhui Tourism takes as its theme “Celebrating Reform, Understanding Openness; Agree in Anhui, Travel in Harmony”. Altogether, 18 major activities will be undertaken in three categories “Show, Promote and Develop”, including a tourism products exhibition showcasing Anhui’s charm; the Anhui scenery painting and calligraphy exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of economic reform and the opening-up of China; exhibitions introducing Anhui tourism; the Miss Anhui Tourism competition; a tourist guide knowledge competition; development forums for Anhui tourist hotels, travel agencies, and scenic spots; Tourist Shopping Week; the Anhui indigenous tourism series; the Anhui tourism promotion to the central plains and so on. The Tourism Festival will last until November.
