The Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Inspection of Imported and Exported Goods

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China and the provisions of other relevant laws and administrative regulations to regulate the examination and inspection of the import and export goods and verify the situation of the said goods in accordance with applicable laws.
