Amendment of the Interim Provisions on the Establishment of Foreign-Controlled and Wholly Foreign-Funded Travel Agencies by Order No. 20 of the National Tourism Administration (February 17, 2005)

These Interim Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws of China on foreign invested enterprises, Regulations on the Administration of Tourism Agencies and other relevant regulations to adapt to the new situation after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, further expand the opening up of tourism to the outside world, and promote the development of tourism agencies and business.
