Regulations on the Administration of Tourism Agencies (December 11, 2001)

These Regulations apply to all the domestic tourism agencies established within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and all the resident representative offices established by overseas tourism agencies within the territory of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the resident representative offices of overseas tourism agencies).
