Detailed Rules for Implementation of Regulations on the Administration of Tourism Agencies by Order No.16 of the National Tourism Administration (December 27, 2001)

These Detailed Implementing Rules are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Tourism Agencies (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) in order to implement the Regulations. Tourism is a licensed business. The operation of tourism business shall be subject to the approval by competent tourism administrative authority, the application for Tourism Business License (hereinafter referred to as business license) and the registration procedures with the Industrial and Commercial Administration. No one may operate tourism business without the approval of the Industrial and Commercial Administration and the business license.
