Shao Qiwei and Luo Baoming send congratulatory messages to Hainan

On January 1, 2009, on the sideline of the launch ceremony of 2009 Chinese Year of Ecotourism, Shao Qiwei, Director of National Tourism Administration and Luo Baoming, Governor of Hainan Province send out congratulatory messages via phone on the opening of Hainan 12301 hotline of tourism service.
