(No. 6)Holiday Tourist Information Report for the Spring Festival Golden Week 2009

At 7 O’clock on Jan. 29th, the National Holiday Tourism Inter-ministerial Coordination Meeting Office released the Holiday Tourist Information Report for the Spring Festival Golden Week 2009 (No.6).

The returning passenger flows surged in all regions and the demand for excursion remains strong.Today is the sixth day of the Spring Festival Golden Week, most tourists of long distance travels and group tourists began to return, while the demand of excursion tourism in cities and the surrounding regions remains high and strong. Holiday offices and relevant departments in transportation sectors in different regions take steps to adjust transport capacity based on passenger flows, so as to secure a safe journey for the passengers.

By 18:00 this day, 15 tourism complaints have been received by the duty room of the National Holiday Office. No tourism safety accident was reported.
